That is way cool. I remember when I bought my house. I was a wreck. My grandmother gave me a lot of grief because I closed on a friday the 13th. I still think that is funny. I drove over to my new house after signing the papers and couldnt find the key so I drove all the way back to the title company but they didnt have them either. Eventually I found them in the car! It was my bad luck I think :)
They are actually coming to our place to do papers, hubby set up the appointment. The apartment is literally a wreck, I don't know what they are going to think ;)
