Waiting...
To hear from the title company....we were hoping it would transfer today since David has today and tomorrow off work. But they said we would hear from them by 4 if it did, blah! Since tomorrow is election day we should hear from them by 2 if it transfers tomorrow. Uggh waiting sucks! Meanwhile our apartment is slowly filling to the brim with boxes.

Have you figured out what the title company actually does yet? All I know is that they are great at taking money.
I work at a bank in the commercial dept. and I don't even know what the title co. does. All I know is most of them are slow at it.
Title Company organizes all those papers for you to sign silly ;) I guess they are the liasion between you, the seller, the mortgage company, and the county
