I want to know

who the heck called my cell at 6:20 AM this morning with restricted ID?

Whoever it is, they suck! It made me think the roads were bad and I was getting out of the hour drive to the group run. But no it was just someone wanting to call and wake me up with dead air. So I am making my tea tying my hair in pigtails and putting in my contacts. Ready to head out for the TNT morning running.

Then...making candy ALL DAY LONG! This is a huge affair. We supply what must be about 20% of the greater Cleveland area (this may be slightly exaggerated but we probably make about 20-40 lbs of candy) with delicious chocolate but once a year. This is a tradition my MIL and GMIL (grandmother!) have been doing for years. Since my MIL actual daughter is no longer in the state I have become a part of the tradition. The end product is so worth the 10-14 hours of candy making! I just hope there is enough this year now that I have made more friends that need candy!

Did I mention how very close to Cleveland I live? Practically next door. In fact, Southeast Michigan is often considered part of the greater Cleveland area.

Now about that chocolate...

I'd be more than happy to email you our address and let ya know how long the candy keeps by mail. You know, all for the good of the family tradition.

Randy- your 1/2 lb box is waiting!

Jon- yeah southeast MI is pretty close, tell you what you make it out to one of our Tuesday night runs and I will bring the chocolate ;)

Rae- This chocolate is best when given by the mode of personal delivery ;) It would never get by the noses of those postal workers!
