Semi Spastic Track Workout

Well I wasn't as even on splits as I would have liked to be but I'll take it.

Interval splits:
1*1600:
6:37.04
2*800:
3:21.45
3:26.71
4*400:
1:42.73
1:38.58
1:37.93
1:32.59

Total Mileage tonight 7.5

David walked while I finished out the workout. I ate way too much at Max and Erma's afterwards and now feel comatose, I am off to stretch and get to bed!

Nice splits. I haven't seen a 6:37 mile split since ummm...a really long time ago.

like the vid.

i was at dinner with Roman, his wife, and Doc Dave and DD asked me so what do you like to listen to when you run?

without hesitation i said 'rap'. simultaneously all three of them went 'hmmmprh'.

i have your entire music list on my iPod... keep 'em comin' Liz!

That is a solid track workout! Even more impressive considering the 18 you put in a couple days prior- nice. Those descending 400's look painful on paper..couldn't imagine doing them! ;-)

The numbers look good to me .... I have to do these sessions on a treadmill to ensure I get the right pace.

You've got it going and looking good for Boston.

Them some speedy splits, sister! Are you heading to Malachi this weekend? I'm going but I'm NOT ALLOWED TO RACE IT HARD--please smack me upside the head if I start talking about doing that. :)

Very good fast splits!!! Not easy to follow such boring program, but you did!

You're fast and deserve to cut yourself a bit of slack. Have you forgotten how you poured it out for the Run Y-Town? Why, it seems like it was just yesterday...gritty effort!
