The place on Sunday had a bucket of burgers you could order. I just got soup though. Despite my week of swimming I haven't lost my vacation weight. I actually weighed three pounds more this morning than when I went to bed last night. WTF?

Yeah, I'm in the bad habit of weighing myself multiple times a day (out of curiosity) and sometimes things like that happen.

But, I bet if you wait a bit, let things settle, go to the bathroom, those 3 pounds will be gone.

Unfortunately, the only way to truly lose weight is to input less calories than we output. (well, you know what I mean)

Reduce the calories, the weight will fall off. (spoken by the person who been trying to lose 10 pounds for almost a year now, ignore everything I say if you are smart. Oh, but I did have homemade chocolate chip cookies *and* ice cream last night, oops)

Just don't reduce them too much, or your body will eat away the muscle instead of fat.

Ah joy.
