Track

Went to the Bedford Track tonight but kids were having a soccer game so we did a long "warm up."

That took me 40:26.

Then I did a mile hard on the track 6:23.80 And a 1/2 mile cool down. So somewhere slightly over 6 miles.

My calves were sore and I felt like I had no energy the first 5 miles, but I cranked out the mile hard with no problem.

For some reason I was really irritable. Maybe the drive in?

P is over and we are watching "The Day After Tomorrow". Had an excellent dinner of crab dip and pasta with shrimp! Yum!
