I love how miserable everyone looks in this photo. This pretty much sums up the last 5 miles of CRIM.

Maybe not so miserable - maybe just focused or maybe focused because they were miserable. Maybe I don't know because I didn't have to endure it.

By the way, Monte sounds like a troubled little creature for the moment, but you gotta admit it made a great blog story.

At least you get pictures, at my half in GB in May, I didn't have one photographer catch me....maybe because I was crawling the last 3 miles so they couldn't see my number.

I always loved the expression “my sport is your sports punishment”.. And the other thing I like about running. You can not show off when your running, like you see a lot of in any given weight room.
