Tuesday: Track.
Wednesday and Friday: easy miles @ 7:20 or slower. 6 x 30 sec @ 5:40 pace on Friday
Thursday: Tempo run: 6 miles @ 6:30 pace
Weekend:
Saturday: Easy 5 miles.
Sunday: Johnny Cake 5 mile

Need to make sure I am getting in pool time! Totally neglected it this week.
