Legs felt like toast and my stomach was not real agreeable tonight on the track. Not sure why I felt so tired. I had two days of no excercise. Granted my stomach was off all day. Oh well, they can't all be easy!

Tonight is my very first track workout. I'll be thinking about your fast-rabbit like workouts. We will be doing 10 x 400M/60 sec rest.

My legs are sometimes like that after a couple days off. It's like I need that first run back to shake the rust off.

Hmm, must be something in the air, because my tummy has been slightly off today.
