Swift Competitor

I like it :)

My new Nike Dance Name. Suhweet. I just might have to add that to my customized helmet!

Thanks Wil for the cool link!

Not sure I could actually do any of the All Star moves but a girl can wish huh?

Last night led the track workout in Independence. Took it easy with only 2 miles of intervals. 2*400, 2*800, 2*400

1:28.01
1:25.83

3:01.01
3:00.45

1:25.17
1:22.17

I definitely was feeling the fact that I have not done a track workout in about a month, but I survived :)

Tonight is an open water swim and hopefully a bike ride. Then David and I are going to watch Underworld: Evolution. Last night we watched Transamerica. The movie was exceptionally good. Felicity Huffman was phenomenal. Hopefully Underworld won't let me down!

Oh, don't say things like that. I'm starting back up with my track workouts next week. And it's going to be oh so easy and fun. Right? Right?!

I have to wonder with interval times like those where the new 5K PR is. I would bet you have a sub-20 in you.

Nice intervals, by the way!

Those are some great 800 times, I can't wait to start some track workouts!

Hope you had a good open water swim!

Way to get back to the track and them are some good looking times!

Watched Underworld Evolution over the weekend. It was pretty good I would say. My hubby has this crazy love for vampires and werewolfs, so them 2 together in a movie is like a dream come true for him!

How was Lake Erie last night? I plan on swimming in the Lake near my hometown a couple of times this weekend! Should be great weather for it.

Love you to pieces!!! When am I going to get to see you again??

Thanks for getting back into the groove with the track workouts! It hurt but I need to get "some" speed back!

I did that quiz a while back. I'm "Frantic Breeze". Hmm.. Frantic makes me sound crazy doesn't it?

I want to see Transamerica. I'll have to rent it soon. I've heard so many good things about it!

Ooh. i am glad to hear Transamerica is good. I am getting it from netflix today or tomorrow and will be watching it this weekend.

There's no way that I'd wear the clothes Nike recommended, but I do rather like my dance name: Vivacious Boogaloo

I think that quiz was flawed: willowy virtuoso? Willowy? Me? That implies tall and lean, not short and roundish.

You are fast! Keep it up and who knows where you'll go.
