Holiday Pies
My First Pies! Realized after making the dough that we have no roller pin. Had to improvise! My snowman didn't fit so I had to eat him Finished product. They tasted great! Who knew baking was so easy?

I like when your blog becomes a running/cooking read. That's two of my favorite things to read about! Those were some beautiful pies. I hope they were part of a great holiday for you.
The pies look great! Our oldest son made us one for Christmas, using his own recipe. It involved three cubes of butter! Oh, my. Have a great New Year's weekend!
