is so hot, so very very hot =( Please make the air flow....please....this building is hell enough and now the heat, the miserable heat....
Last week we found a cockroach in the hall and the building manager informed us they just sprayed and that the bug was likely weakened and looking for water which is why we saw it. Ok I am sorry but that is just disturbing, especially when you consider it took two full grown male coworkers to kill the thing and they still ended up having to flush it because it wasn't quite dead.
I am really considering heading home for the day to finish out my work there.
Okay and to include something running related. What on earth is happening when my left foot strikes while running? I checked out the perfect 10 photos and half of them I look strong and in control, the other half I look like I am dying and about to crumple over forwards at the waist (This is with a significant improvement in my form and posture, am I just hopeless?) No comments about the glaring white belly please. It really was hot if I am willing to bare the donut.

Your co-worker's update had me cracking up laughing. Great update. As far as the 10-Miler pics go, mine are even worse. I will post a link to mine in my blog soon. At least your tongue isn't hanging out like it is in mine!!! Besides, I think you look great!
Yes your belly is white, get some sun girl.
I think you need to consider your upper body. There is a lot of twist happening and if you can get the whole thing moving straight you will be even faster (if that was possible)
Hilarious updates! I feel for you though - during our little heat wave I was escaping from our un-airconditioned house to work, and staying longer just to stay cool. It is awful trying to do anything while hot! I thought you looked great in the photos - and I didn't see any donut.

there are occasionally dead roaches in the stairwell at the federal building. they'll stay there for a week or three.

I have the same whiteness in the middle issue, but you have absolutely no doughnut!
