I just read comments from a while ago. (I'm a dork) Thank you so much for your input.
I'm interested on hearing your thoughts on the FIRST Program after your race. Admittedly I had a huge lack of confidence due to WAAAAY lower mileage than previous marathon training programs. (I also didn't run very much in March--oops!) But I learned I could handle a LOT more pain than I thought I could AND recover from that program. I am excited to hear how it worked for you.

at first, i thought everyone was kung fu fighting, but, then, well yoga is good too!
More like moment of pain for me ;)
That pose is sick!!
BEST OF LUCK tapering for your race. You're going to have an AWESOME time, and you're going to show this marathon who's boss!

Good times! We look pretty good. See you tonight!

Ummmm ... I hurt just looking at those pose. Seriously. Pain.
I've done a little bit of yoga, never did that pose before..
Looks like fun thou..
Very impressive. I'm a bit wobbly on a few poses, but I'm slowly getting as "zen" as I can. Enjoy it!
"Not falling" is key. That'd be my problem.
I'm jealous. I need to do some yoga. Have a nice workout.
