Heading out. Current race plan is to take every mile at a time and listen to my body. Try not to irritate the ITB and have fun.

If you want to track the number is 6401. If I keep popping up at checkpoints you'll know I am meeting the primary goal which is to finish without too much damage and count this as my last long run before JFK in one month. I am going to try to hold 8:30 pace most of the race and hammer the last 2 miles in to get under 3:40 but that will be left up to my ITB to decide. Dreams of the 3:25 finish will have to be put on hold for another race.
